Raphael Morris, M.D.

Dr. Raphael Morris is a board-certified psychiatrist and Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association with over two decades of clinical experience. A graduate of Brandeis University and the Sackler School of Medicine, he completed his psychiatry residency at Beth Israel Medical Center and a forensic psychiatry fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Dr. Morris served as Director of Forensic Services at Bellevue Hospital Center and held a faculty appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at NYU School of Medicine. Since 2005, he has maintained a private clinical and forensic practice in San Diego, and since 2019 has served as Clinical Director of Del Mar Brain & TMS.

His practice emphasizes collaborative, evidence-based care — working closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans. For patients who haven't responded to traditional approaches, Dr. Morris offers advanced TMS therapy as a safe, non-invasive alternative backed by decades of clinical research.
